I am Marc Rémond. I run an advisory business on my own, and I write here about how I actually operate: the workflows, the systems, and the decisions that let one person deliver work that normally takes a team.
This is not theory and it is not a highlight reel. Most of what I publish started as a problem I hit in my own week. A proposal that took two days. A client who went cold while I was still writing. Project admin eating the hours I needed for the actual work. Each post is the system I built to fix one of those problems, written out step by step so you can adapt it to your own business.
